   version 1.10.0.1... I have several form fields on my form. I am only geting the very last field when submitted. I have it set up to email me the ff data... you can see the form here http://kansastonersupply.com/contact-us/

   ok, changed some syntax and getting contact form fields. but still having trouble receiving the drop down form field selections. if you go to the site and see, i have 5 selections to choose printer models. not receiving them. I have my message tags as:

   [CompanyName]

   are not showing up at all...

   the tag:

   is just showing up like it is here, without any distinction to a selected manufacturer.

   Yes i have asked the same question basically and had no response, I just get the Subject and Message, no contact details from the client? I real problem.
