[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Not receiving emails from the form

    I created a test form, and while I see the “Your message was sent successfully” message, the submission never appears in my email.

    I am having the same issue with a different contact form plugin, so I’m wondering if there’s a high-level issue that’s preventing any contact forms from working. No idea what that would be.

    For testing purposes try sending the forms to a different email address. Sometimes there is an issue of server config if the email you are sending to is on the same server as the domain you are sending the emails from.

    Yeah, it looks like sendmail was assuming the email was on the same server, which it was not. HostGator tech support helped me fix it. Thanks!
