[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Not receiving email once information has been input

We recently set up a new website and are trying to use Contact Form 7 to collect email information for leads. When you enter your information the green box appears as though everything went through properly but no emails come in.
I’m using a “gmail.com” email address with the form, so it shouldn’t be a server issue.
I’ve even tried switching out the email address in the form in case it was the address not working.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
