Hi, I just installed the latest contact form 7. I have used before many times no issues however this time there is no code in the brown bar being generated for me to copy and paste into the relevant pages. Any ideas Please?

I have just found that google maps a-z was the conflicting plugin. have removed so now I get the code to copy and paste.
I am using 3.2.1 with the Artisan theme.
My problem now is that even though I get the message: Your message was sent successfully. Thanks. I do not actually receive the email.
Mail, To: address is correct and I have also checked the spam folder.
Any ideas?
