   I have a simple Contact Form 7 form on my site.

   One of the fields is a radio data button selection

   Would you like to be notified when your order is ready for collection?
   [radio Notification default:4 "Telephone " "Text message (if mobile no. supplied) " "E-mail " "Not required"]

   If I leave the default forth button checked then the data choice is passed to the [Notification] field in my e-mail. If I select one of the other three options then the e-mail [Notification] field is blank.

   Any ideas?
