   Hi--can anyone help with code to get menu items that are selected by the person e mailing to actually show up in the message to me? Here is the code from my form:

   <p>What would you like to do?
   [select menu-473 "Reservation" "Comment" "Message"]</p>

   <p>Choose a Restaurant:
   [select menu-473 "Food 101 - Sandy Springs" "Food 101 - Morningside" "Meehan's - Vinings" "Meehan's - Sandy Springs" "Coastal Kitchen"]</p>

   The menu box shows up fine in the box, but when someone makes a choice before submitting, nothing shows up in the "message".

   Thanks for any help.

   Ha, never mind... I forgot to include the tags under the message body... Duh...

   Great plug-in!
