   If you go to the "Event Inquiry Form" under "Contacts" (http://sanmarproductions.com/newsite/contact/event-inquiry-form/)

   ...and then mouse over the performers nav, you will see that the VERY long drop down menu shows up UNDER the form inputs. How can I get this to show on top, like normal?

   Hi, I have the same problem. Have you had any response on this or maybe any luck in fixing it?

   I had a quick look at the stylesheet of contact form and there is a z-index reference, but I don't think it is the z-index for the text input field.
