   I've been really stupid.

   I was having a problem with Contact Form 7 not sending emails so I thought it would be a good idea to deactivate the plugin, delete the files and reinstall a new one.

   Now I have lost all the form details which were quite extensive.

   Is there anyway of getting this info back?
