   how can i make a line break in the created message?

   This is too simple .. hitting ENTER doesn't work for you? Not sure what you are trying to do, but it works just fine for me ..

   no enter, does not work :(
   
   i have it like this:

   Mein Name ist [radio-37] [FirstName] [LastName] -
   Organization [Organization] -
   living in [Country] [City] [Street], postal code is [PostalCode], number is [Number] -
   My choice is [choice] -
   My Emailadress [email]

   But it comes in one line:

   Mein Name ist Herr. xxx Organization xxx living in laskdf 31 laskgjfaslk, postal code is xxx, number is xxx My choice is Aktuellste Ausgabe des Architectum, Subscribe Architectum My Emailadress xxx@googlemail.com

   Try hitting two ENTER's and see what happens.

   e.g.:

   Mein Name ist [radio-37] [FirstName] [LastName] -

   Organization [Organization] -

   living in [Country] [City] [Street], postal code is [PostalCode], number is [Number]

   Try viewing the email in "original" mode .. perhaps your email client is combining lines?

   Mine comes through just fine very similar to that .. I put a header on it -- the hypens come out on a separate line, then the message comes out two lines below.

   This message was sent through the website by someone attempting to contact us.
   ---------------------------

   [your-message]

   Oh yes with 2 Line Breaks it works.
