anyone had any issues with the file upload option, and using jquery 1.5 or higher? it seems the function is referencing jquery calls that are out of date.
does anyone know if there are plans to update the plugin to keep it compatible with the current versions?

btw the issues are around failure to validate fields or getting the spinner problem (even though the form submits successfully and the upload attachment comes through fine)
