[Plugin: Contact Form 7] include user variables such as username

hello, great plugin! I wonder if there is a way to include the username of the logged in user who submits the form?

I have a page, blocked to only members (users) who are logged in (signed in) with the help of plugin WP-Members. The form of Contact Form 7 is behind this wall.

I would like the member’s username (and first name and last name, if possible), to be automatically included in the email I receive, without requiring them to fill the information into form fields. (Because they are already signed in, why make them tell me again who they are, right?)
