If only it were that easy.
I have removed all javascripts and the code is 100% validated.
So as the page stands, there is nothing running for javascript aside from Jquery and your form.
I noticed that you load the js in the footer, and also read somewhere you load jquery, jquery form, and cf7 js. However I only have jquery form and cf7 loading. Jquery is however loading in wp-head, version 1.3.2. Not sure if you removed jquery from yours?
Thanks,
Cory
I have isolated the issue further.
Viewing the form from the page above causes it to not work, but if you view the same page by its ID it works.

http://www.supplement-it.com/?page_id=3
I have WordPress setup to use that page as the front page. Any thoughts on how I can resolve this then?
Thanks,
Cory
Resolved!
Updated the permalink structure to /%postname%/ and the issue resolved itself.

I have narrowed my problem down to the same point.
Here is the form…
http://ohiobuildingcodeconsultants.com/contact-us/
Submitting the form will result in the arrows spinning and nothing else.
However, if submitted from this url…
http://ohiobuildingcodeconsultants.com?page_id=7
then the form works just fine.
I also updated my permalinks to /%postname%/
, but the form still does not submit when accessed via the permalink url.
ideas?
Hi all.
The problem is :
IE doesn’t remove the Anchor Sign (#) form submit URL (form’s action) .
and “Contact Form 7” puts an anchor in form’s action like
<form action="/#wpcf7-f1-p233-ol" ....
so when form submits and URL encodes, server thinks you want to access to a file that doesn’t exists (in this case “/%23wpcf7-f1-p233-ol” ) so it returns “404 Not Found” !
These links show what happens :
1. The script:

2. The Form submit in IE when form is in FrontPage:

3. Firefox Submit & IE accessed by id:

The solution will be:
1. remove the Anchor
2. Add a “?” before “#”
3. Link the invalid address (in this case “/%23wpcf7-f1-p233-ol”) to correct one using Apache ReWriteEngine
4. Fix the stupid IE !! 😉
Good Luck

I noticed that you fixed the problem with the spinning arrow. I am having the exact same problem. I also have updated my permalinks to /%postname%/ (actually they were already updated).
How did you fix this problem?
@snigger
Awesome, adding the ? query indicator via some simple jquery fixed it for me.
Thanks!
