   its have a injection I dont know how but my website hacked 2 times please find what is this ım uninstall my all website for now..

   why I hacked 2 times because first time I think its wp-pagenavi ı clear virus they-he insert the code my footer.php anyway ı update wp-pagenavi and after couple days ı hacked again

   its sirius issiu because they-he can access our theme pages.

   carefull your chmod important ım change 664 but before that it 777 :) this is second mistake. but anyway please fix this find the problem

   I clean everything afterthat its happend again this is plugin ussiu ım sure about that

   I have to disagree. I've used this plugin on multiple sites - in some cases for years - and never had a single problem. My guess is that you did not clean out the hacker backdoor(s) properly after the first hack.
