    Yes, the e-mail address is correct. I’ve tried some diferent address and it doesn’t work.

    Interesting, I have never had this problem with Contact Form 7, have you tried to deactivate the other plugins if you use any? May be there is some conflict between them and Contact From 7. Also I know that you probably have done this but have you checked the spam folder?

    Yes, it is possible. You can ask your hosting provider if this is the problem and is there some solution they can offer

    I think there is a problem with the server and with the php who sends the emails. the server does not allow to send emails without authentication. And probably here is the problem. I’ll try with WP-Mail-SMTP pluggin.

    Thanks ivdimova, finally I resolve the problem, it was the server and I have to install the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin with an e-mail account, with smtp server and It works.
