[Plugin: Contact Form 7] How to change what's required on Contact Form

Ok, so I sorted out how to get the Contact Form to finally submit mail to my personal email addy; HOWEVER, how do I change what’s required on the Contact Form? The administrator has it REQUIRED to give a phone number, and I think that’s wrong. I want that to be an OPTION, not a requirement. Please advise?
