Does anyone know how to add the name of the file to the body of the email being sent? My internal team will need to know the name of the file so we can service our clients. Many clients upload the same name for their file and the server adds a number if it’s the same file. Our sales people would need to know the name of file sow hen they call the client, they know what they are talking about.

Simply insert a tag with the field name into the message body. For example, when the tag in the form is [file your-file], insert [your-file].

Hi, I did that, but it doesn’t display the file name within the email, it just shows [your-file] and nothing else.

When you add a new file tag to your form, that could be something like “file-432”. Look for that in your form with your particular number and add it. Like Takayuki said. Ex: generated field is [file file-432], you have to add to mail body the [file-432] tag.

    Succes
