[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Google Analytics: Conversion Setting Issues

Hello,

I have an embarrassing issue that I haven’t managed to resolve. I still can’t figure out conversion tracking of the Contact Form 7. I did everything as instructed in this article and my GA still doesn’t track the conversions. I rigorously tested it and even after a week, GA doesn’t see the conversion.

I am using the asynchronous code, but not directly. My WP blog is tracked via the Simple Google Analytics plugin.

Could you please look at the following screen shots and let me know what’s wrong? I’m sure it’s some stupid mistake.
