   fairly new CF7 user here.

   I have this from setup and it works great. the only thing is that the "From" field is not working right. i get the form data/message but the 'from' address is eg. myusername@host123.hostservice.com.

   I have the field plugged in that i want it to be in the mail section but still not getting the right results.

   how do i change this so the from is specific to the sender every time?

   I also have the same problem. When use the second email function, the email is alway marked from WordPress and an address at my hosting company.
   How can this be changed please?
