   Hi,

   Client receives emails which look like they have been typed up in notepad.

   They are difficult to read.

   Previously (their previous site was not wordpress) they were receiving emails which were formatted and easy to read. The information presented in the emails was set out, headings were clear etc.

   Is there a way to control how the email data looks once the client opens the email?

   Maybe you mentioned about HTML email. Yes, Contact Form 7 supports it.

   Ok so I select 'HTML' as content type and then how do i specify the html styles?

   E] Use of HTML:
   By default, plain text is used for the message body. To use HTML, check this box.

   You format the email like you would any other block of HTML, use <strong> tags etc.
