the contact form is the newest ...
would like to say that we love the form and have it on all sections of the site..
here is the problem that I am coming up with ..
I have followed the set up of the form to add the file upload in the form and have added the proper info in both places as it says ..
I sent to the admin info and attachment and got the info from the form yet no attachment ..
any ideas what I can do .. I have checked the FAQ and the form and no luck to anything that I can see to help ..
