I am getting the 'Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact administrator by other way.' I have had this contact form up and running for some time now and for some reason it stopped working. I use WP-Mail-SMTP ver 0.8.6 to send emails from my site and am able to send a test message from the plugin with no issues.
I am not sure why this stopped working all of the sudden. The form can be found here if it helps to discover what's going on: http://www.facers.org/?page_id=59

I'm having the same issue on a new site using Contact 7 version 2.4.3. "Failed to submit message". However, on a couple of older sites using 2.4.2 the form is working fine - so I'm reluctant to upgrade.
I found this article but it's nearly 2 years old and the fix is quite involved; I don't see what all these steps should be necessary:

I went through the same articles with no luck. I actually wound up deactivating, uninstalling the contact form 7 plugin and re-installing and it started working again. Not sure if there was an issue with the last upgrade (I'm not sure when it stopped working). Hope that helps.
