The spinning arrow icon shows up once you hit submit on the contact form, but then nothing happens on the site. The email does go through just fine, but there is no confirmation so most customers submit the email several times then email me directly.
Note that this is a new problem. The site was working just fine. I'm not sure if it was an update to WordPress that did it. I also had quite a few 404 errors on the site but was able to fix most of them.
I did disable ALL plug ins (except the contact form, of course). I am using Contact Form 7 version 3.2.1 and have WordPress 3.4.1.
RESPONSE FROM THEME SUPPORT:
I checked your contact page, but I didn’t see any conflicts between the theme and the plugin, so I guess the problem is most likely related with the plugin itself. Maybe you can try to contact the plugin’s authors about the problem or check the plugin forums/FAQ about this.
Generally from the AJAX response I can see, the email is sent successfully and no errors are returned, so the problem is most likely in the way the response is handled, but as I’m not introduced to the code, I can’t really say for sure what is causing it.
