   how can i integrate the jquery plugin "uploadify" (http://www.uploadify.com/) with contact form 7 to allow a progress bar?

   what are the steps i would need to take?

   i am using contact form 7.The file is attachment and send in the mail but it is not showing in the server wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads here only show .htacces file.how to solved this problem and show upload file here can anyone help me

   And i am also interested contact form 7 to allow a progress bar?
