   Form works uploads and delivers small files just fine.

   But it chokes on larger files, around 5mb, and I get:
   Validation errors occurred. Please confirm the fields and submit it again.

   heres my tag:
   [file your-file limit:26214400 filetypes:zip|psd|jpg]

   permissions on uploads: 777
   permissions on uploads/wpcf7_uploads: 733

   what am I doing wrong?

   installed and tested Easy FTP Upload plugin, and im having the same exact issue. Worked perfectly with smaller files, but failed larger file uploads. So its probably not an issue with this plugin. Im just really not sure what to try next.

   does anyone have ANY CLUE what might be happening?

   Check file-uploading settings of PHP.

   Thanks Takayuki! This is exactly the problem. I checked phpinfo and for sure, my servers php settings are set way too low.
