   I have a Contact 7 Form on my contact page.

   Users can arrive at my contact page via a lot of different pages. Say they look at Product-A, click on the contact link and arrive at the contact page.

   Can this plugin pre-populate a text-field with the title (or Id or slug) of that previous page?

   If so, how do I do it? What do I have to put in the 'Dynamic value' field?

   Yes, that's exactly what this plugin does. You need to pass the value via GET or POST variables to the contact page, then retrieve them with CF7_GET or CF7_POST.
