   Hi,
   How to insert a drop down inside another drop down in contact form 7.
   Example-
   there are two drop downs. "course" and "stage";
   Course:
   AAT
   CIMA
   CMA

   when select the AAT on "course", the "stage" drop down should appear and should be there,
   Foundation
   Level 1
   Level 2

   when select the CIMA on "course", the "stage" drop down should appear and should be there,
   Certificate Level
   Operation Level
   Managerial Level
   Strategic Level

   so on....

   How can I implant this situation. Please help me... Thank you.
