[resolved] [Plugin: Contact Form 7] CSS handle for Submit button (4 posts)

I just installed the plugin and the contact form works great so far.

Now I would like to style the submit button via my CSS code, unfortunately it appears that while each individual field has its own class property, the button has no class that could be used as a CSS handle.

    The button's code is simply <input type="submit" value="Send" />

Is there any way to add a CSS class, for example class="wpcf7-button" ? I couldn't figure out in which file this is defined.

    Thanks for any hints...

Site url? Preferably a link to a page with the form on it.

You can set a class in a [submit] tag like this:

    [submit class:foo "Send"]

@takayukister : thank you so much! this works perfectly.

actually i was hoping for such an option, but wasn't able to guess the appropriate syntax.
