I've been experiencing problems with Contact Form 7 getting bounced by SMTP servers that reject relaying. This seems to account for many business setups in the UK.
Is there a work around for this?

Bump!
I am having a fairly major problem and wondered if anyone could offer any advice or if an update is on the way?
Many of my clients use self hosted SMTP servers, which (apparently) by default are set to reject relayed messages. The upshot of this is that I'm not able to use the plugin for many of my projects. The form appears to send without errors, but the clients' servers then reject the forms.
I know that getting the clients to configure they're servers differently would be the first port of call, but many of them are reluctant to do this. The IT companies who manage their equipment claim that it as a potential security risk?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
