   as title,RADIO BUTTON INFO DON'T SHOW UP IN E-MAIL
   I've search for answer around here,and fix but nothing appear in email when submit radio button

   I can get everything BUT check boxes to show in the email. Unfortunately that is the most important part of my form. I have added the [your-checkbox] as instructed and double checked that the tag is spelled correctly.
   Please advise.

   I have a similar issue. as with beanfair, I too have followed the instructions in the FAQ. My issue is not with check boxes, but with drop down selections.

   I do hope someone can help. I believe our problems are similar.
