My page at http://general.britishresidents.ch/?page_id=870 works perfectly with FireFox but gives a 404 Not Found with IE 8. I switched to compatibility mode but that didn't help.
Any ideas?

I have just changed to pretty names without success. The page is now called : http://general.britishresidents.ch/23/membership-application-form
I also removed the link to the form without changing anything: so that seems to rule out a problem with the plugin!

The problem was that the page was set as "Private". I failed to notice that there is a bug in WP which switches back to private when you save it. Bug is probably known!
