[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact form 7 results email formatting (Outlook)

The result form looks good in Gmail – white background, black text, readable.
In Outlook the result form has a dark gray background, white text and unreadable blue phone and email links.
Can I edit these settings somewhere? Thank you.
