   I have tried a few times and this is what I get.. can anyone help?

   I even tried to load it through Filezilla "plug-in" section... after having "success" in filezilla I looked in the plugin section of wordpress desktop and couldnt find contact form 7.

   when you use Filezilla to upload the plugin make sure you are putting it in the correct folder.

   1) you can't upload the zip file the plugin comes in. You have to unzip the file on your computer and then upload the contents of the zip file (usually its all contained in a folder

   2) make sure you upload to /wp-content/plugins/ if the container in the zip file was a folder you should see that folder on the server in the plugins folder after the upload.
