I have 2 contact 7 forms on my site and 1 of the forms correctly labels the incoming email to show it being from the sender. The other contact form (that is set up the same way) is labeling the email that is sent to me as jeffcarr@box486.bluehost.com. how can i fix this, it is frustrating!

@christinecarr Bluehost as a great article that talks about those sending issues and the weird address you're seeing: https://i.bluehost.com/cgi/admin/provider I think the only thing you really need though is the last part that talks about the mailfrom plugin.
"WordPress will require the Mail From plugin.
Note: The email address you use must be a valid created account in the cPanel."
I hope that helps.

Thank you for the link but it still doesn't answer my question as to why I have 2 contact forms on my site and 1 contact from does display the sender's email address (and I didn't do anything in that link you suggested) but the other contact 7 form does not do it this way.
So if I change the code in my contact 7 form to the language you note in the article, it will fix it? That doesn't seem right.....
Please someone help me understand this!!

"user" <user@domain.com>
this works but you edit it for what you want filled into the user space
