   I'm using the wonderful plugin Contact Form 7, but I've a problem....
   How to create conditional form fields with Contact Form 7?

   Doesnt look like it is possible with Contact Form 7. I am looking for ANY plugin that will do it, besides the non GPL Gravity Forms

   Here is a thread about conditional form fields using a GPL licensed plugin.
