Is there a way to have an embedded contact form work with simplemap?
For an example, please see the distributor tab at http://www.enfieldtech.com
Simplemap generates a distributor list based on distance from your location, so it's dynamic, and I'd like to have a "click here" contact form to reach an individual distributor...if that makes sense.

There is an email field for each location. You'll have to use that.

@Glenn, can you expose the email field used within the single location?
That would be awesome... then you could populate the "to" email address :)
