   Is there any option for a "send yourself a copy of this message" checkbox?

   The only workaround I can think of is another textarea where the user has to put their email address again. Or simply CC'ing the sender on every request.

   I don't use the contact form 7 myself (translation: I don't have a complete understanding of the setup procedure) but bearing that in mind, this post is a little dated, but perhaps it will still have some relevance.

   In the Additional Header field you can add:
   Cc: JustMe@MyDomain.com

   I'm familiar with that option, but I want to give the sender the option to CC himself, instead of blindly CC'ing the sender on all emails.
