[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Caption

I haven’t seen this as an option, but maybe it’s there and I over looked it. Has anyone been able to add a “Caption” to the contact form?

Caption meaning when you either hover over the field it gives a brief descripton or has a clickable ? that gives a description?
