[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Can you add a variable to the short code?

Can I add a variable to the short code?

Example:
[contact-form-7 id = “27” title = “Product-form” mailtag = “Product 1456”].

To then use the value of [mailtag] in an email that will be sent.
So that I can distinguish between two identical forms on the same page.
