   Can I customize Contact Form 7 so that for instance different choices in a drop list send the mail content to different mails?

   For instance

   "Who do you want to send this form to?"

   "Michael"
   "Dennis"
   "Toby"

   Use the pipe character, more details here:

   It'll look like this:
   [select recipient "Michael|michael@somedomain.com"
   "Dennis|dennis@somedomain.com"
   "Toby|toby@somedomain.com"]
