[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Blank emails

I got the contact form on my website, when I fill it out and submit, everything works fine. When I go to check my email, I have a blank email from my contact form. How do I get the message and information left in the contact form to show up in the email?
What do I need to put in the “message body” and the “to”, “from”, “subject”, etc.?
