[Plugin: Contact Form 7] "Are you sure you want to do this?"

    Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme. If this doesn’t fix it, uninstall and reinstall Contact Form 7 plugin.

    Thank You I did that.
    It was Adminimize causing trouble.
    All working again.
