[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Anyone know how to add onfocus text disappears?

Just wondering if anyone knows a fix to make the text disappear as you click a text area? I’ve been looking for something and found lots of links on the subject, but they all seem to be outdated. I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could help point me in the right direction.
