[Plugin: Contact Form 7] 3 Forms, Only One Sends!!!

Does anyone else have issues with only one or some of your forms working? I get the green form sent and completed box but no email is received from two of my forms.

My client is hosted on GoDaddy (I know, I know) but now that we have more than one form and after the 3.0 + 3.0.1 updates only one form works. Changing hosts isn’t an option at this point.

Now, the form that does work is executed in the sidebar using:
<?php echo do_shortcode('[contact-form 3 "Form Name"]'); ?>

However I tested this using ‘do_shortcode’ for one of the other forms but it still won’t send. I tried the WP-MAIL-STMP plugin but it didn’t help, nor did it work with my clients hosting configuration.

Thoughts? Similar Experiences?
