   I'm having a similar issue to the "Sign Up". I have written description text in the field Widget Description but it still just says Sign Up. Suggestions? I can not see any Legend or Additional Settings in the Widget.

   Yes! I'm having this issue too! I've entered text in the description field, but it doesn't appear, only the "Sign Up" which I would like to get rid of!

   I'm having the same issue. Only sign up is appearing and not the text that i have entered in. Is there any update n this?

   Same issue here. I'm using "no style" in the Design Preset Settings and 'Sign Up' appears under the title regardless of what I type into the Widget Description field.

   Anyone figure out a fix for this?
