[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] opt-in users by default seems not work

Hi, thanks for a cool plugin.

My client has two email lists on her account. We’d like for both email lists to appear in a checkbox list, and for the email lists to be checked by default.

I have selected “opt-in users by default” in the plugin settings. I have checked the requisite lists in the “active lists” section. I have put the widget in my sidebar. However, the individual lists on the list of email lists, are not checked.

I have deactivated and re-activated the plugin, and I have clicked the “refresh registration” button on the registration screen and user profile settings page.

Any other suggestions or thoughts?
