[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Form Designer is not working (7 posts)

Form Designer is not working properly. I can create a sign up form, however, I do not see the tabs to create a new form, or select a created form until I save a new form...and then I can only see them for a few seconds. The plug in does not appear to work correctly. Has anyone else experienced this same problem. If yes, how did you fix it?

Please let me know if this is fixed in Version 2.3.8. I've done a lot of bug fixing on the form designer.

Using WP 3.3.2, the form designer is basically unusable. When I do try to edit the ugly red gradiant one, it just keeps creating a new form. There's no way to edit or delete an existing form because the tabs are not clickable. Looking at the source of the page, all are marked as "active". I'm using the latest version of Chrome on a PC.

Too bad, have to ditch this plugin due to lack of support.

I'm having the same issue. Also, I cannot seem to find where the data for Constant Contact is stored in the WP database. I figure I might be able to delete the forms data to start out fresh, but am unable to locate this info.

It seemed to work the first time I saved a form, but any subsequent changes have completely broken the designer and using it in a widget shows no form at all, regardless of the form selected.

    Any update on this?

Same problem here. One existing form works but I cannot modify it or create any new forms. It is pretty much useless.

I've had to resort to adding a "Subscribe" button on our web pages which is linked to the "official" CC signup form for our account.

I do hope someone will address this!
