Hi - I bought market, but neither the thumbnail images or the gray border (but the border for the image shows) shows.
Any suggestions? I emailed helpdesk, but they just referred me to using the [raw] code around the shortcodes, but that isn't working. Also, my wordpress puts in the <p> tags around the shortcode (annoying, but I don't think that could be the issue).
Any help greatly appreciated!

Not certain if this has been resolved for you. Did you continue the communication thru the help desk? That would have been the most expedient way to have this addressed.
This issue is always related to the theme, particularly ones from ThemeForest. It's the random <p> tags causing the problem. Here's a link to a comment by a Gravity Forms dev that explains it in detail:

If [raw] did not work, perhaps [noformat] will.
