Just wanted to report that if you have a page that has Advanced Custom Fields setup, that page doesn't show in the menu, because that content cannot be viewed - those fields are just blank. That's so unfortunate, because I use the Advanced Custom Fields plugin regularly, on many sites I work with.
Another plugin I use regularly is Gravity Forms, and even though you can see the page just fine, that page with the form doesn't show up in the Menu either.
So 2 plugins so far that don't jive with WPTouch:

Advanced Custom Fields
Will there be a fix for this any time soon? I was just about to purchase the Pro license and realized the 2 most important pages in the site I'm working on, won't work with WPTouch. :( bummer
