plugin conflict – duplicate social share graphics created

I love this plugin, but when I activate it the “Add Twitter, Facebook Like, Google plus one Social share” plugin creates duplicate “link bars” on the home page. See http://www.ismexicosafe.org
It only does it on the home page, which is set to show the most recent posts (not a static page)
If I deactivate it, the duplicates go away . Help !!??
