    After installing this plugin, I initially went to configure it. The interface seemed to work well until I tried to upload an image. After uploading an image, I was given an acknowledgement that the image was uploaded successfully. But then the configuration menu became stuck in the image upload state, where there appears to be two table headers for images that were uploaded but the tables are empty. It allows me to keep uploading images, and gives me successful acknowledgements, but does not allow me back to the previous setting menu.

    I uninstalled the plugin, deleted the files, and then reinstalled the plugin and ran into the same issue.

    Help please!!!

    baqarabbas can you post a link so I can see the affected site?

    This problem is not happening for me or other users and I can’t replicate it on my test site…. so unless I can see it, and examine the code on an affected site I really have no idea what’s going on sorry!

    Hi,

    Ok TJacobs, in your case I can see in the source code you have a lot of hardcoded jQuery… it’s possible that’s breaking something in this plugin or another plugin that’s causing the error… please can you try deactivating all other plugins and reverting to the default twentyeleven theme and try it again? Does the problem still occur?

    Hi,
    I have the same problem.
    I use a specific theme I bought few days ago : themeforest.net/item/genius-responsive-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/2683238
    I tried with the defaut theme but nothing happens.
    Thank you for your help.

    Hi Guys, I can’t replicate this so please can you each post a screenshot showing what happens, and a link to your site so I can examine your code and try to work out what’s going on. Thanks

    Hi,
    here is the url of the website : http://textyle.kfin.be/
    you will see on the bottom of this page three different logos without slide. And in the admin, I can put a logo but nothing happens after. And I don’t see the settings. I inserted the shortcode in the page [logo-slider].
    Is it possible to send you screenshots via this support ?
    If you need access to admin, tell me and I will send you them by email.
    Thanks

    Hi guys sorry its taken me a few days to get back to this thread. I’ve done some testing and still no joy identifying or replicating this issue. I’m thinking this is very likely a conflict with another plugin or theme… to troubleshoot this further please disable all other plugins and switch to the default twentytwelve theme…test and let me know results.

    Hi,

    in my case I’ve regain the “configuration menu” by removing wp_logo_slider_settings from mysql (Table wp_options).

    Hope it helps.

    @marfil

    Thanks for your response! I had the same issue with a site I was working on and this fixed it.

    @maeve

    I think the issue resulted for me when I uploaded a faulty .png file (photoshop hadn’t saved it properly) and removing the settings from the database probably removed everything including this entry, making it work again.
